Members who would like to register a child for Junior Sailing should click the link below to open and print the required forms. 

Send the forms to TAYC as soon as possible.

Non-members are welcome in the TAYC Junior Sailing Program. Non-members must be sponsored by a Member, and approved by the Board of Directors.  If you have any questions regarding the TAYC Junior Sailing Program, please feel free to contact Sarah Shattuck at taycjuniorsailing@gmail.com. Download the 2008 Junior Sailing forms This download includes all of the 2008 forms required for registration - the Standards of Conduct form, the Emergency Medical Authorization form, the Fleet Release form, the Parent Volunteer form and the Jr. Sailing Registration form.
