April 16 Clean Up Day
Thanks to head of maintenance Mike Eppercht and his co-chair Dick Deerin, the committee is having the pre-season work done on the fleet before we grab the sponges and wax! To thank everyone there will be a light lunch afterwards with a chance to met new members and check committee needs (and volunteer if you can!). An RSVP to FOS email is needed to make sure we have enough people to help and enough lunches for all!! The Rain Date is April 30, however the Maintenance Committee hopes to have at least a few boats clean and in the water for the Easter holidays.

0900hrs. to 1200hrs.		 Chalk & Talk Sail Session
U.S.Sailing Coach, Austin Kanna will conduct a Chalk Talk & Sail session, with the focus on getting us tuned for the first race of the season. If the Clean Up Day was rained out, we will have Austin on another date. RSVP so we know who to expect.

 First Monday Night Race and
First Monday of the Month Supper
The Race season get underway, followed by one of our casual gatherings. The supper includes a main dish and beverages, and everyone is asked to bring a side dish (and of course, a spouse, friend or whomever!). The suppers are generally held outside, but the club is available in case of chilly weather. Don't forget to RSVP to Pam for this and every Monday night supper. Supper will be cancelled if races are cancelled due to inclement weather.
